Who we are

The people behind the exercise program are scientifically trained and have a medical background. The founder is Peter Arentsen. He is a health scientist and has years of experience as a physiotherapist.

From my background as a physiotherapist and health scientist, I know it is important for you to be able to work on your health at home. Most back problems can be solved by yourself: with a good posture and the right exercises.
